Description (last modified by vasco.kolmorgen)

Values in tables, graphics or callouts appear without units. Any value, except if dimensionless, should be displayed with corresponding units with standard representation. Units should be after values and at axis ends. RailML is units-aware (data types comprise units), so the problem must be with the application.

By now, units are displayed next to the description. E.g. "length in m". Is it necessary to change this behaviour?
