Description
If a file was loaded, that does not contain any railML data, than currently the Viewer buttons stay inactive (grayed out). In case of a large railML file, the same behaviour can be observed by the user.
In case of the large railML, the Viewer buttons are activated after a bit of time. In case of a non-railML-file, they stay inactive.
It would be nice, to give the user a feedback, that the non-railML-file was loaded, means searched for railML data, nothing was found -> it was no railML file. This may be shown in a pop-up window with an OK button.

Feedback from SNCF Réseau (Alain Jeanmaire):
[...]
depending of the type of file, the corresponding buttons should be activated or de-activated (no need to push on timetable view if it is a rolling stock file)
this belongs to ticket #81 (solved so far)
--> remaining task is transfered to #124 (new item) and had to be discussed:
first, a popup message should tell you if the file is a railML compatible file, and of which type : infra, schedule or rolling stock,… (even before going to validation for a detailed review of possible issues)
